Our leadership team proudly represented Chapman Partnership at the 2024 National Alliance to End Homelessness. Our Director of Education & Training, Alex Paz, led a Transformation Talk on the importance of trauma-informed care and how Chapman Partnership has embraced this approach to ensure that individuals being served in our centers are equipped with the necessary tools to re-engage with their community and society. During the conference, our President & CEO, Scott Hansel, and EVP of Strategy & Development, Heidi Alzate Kaufman, also had an opportunity to participate in Capital Hill Days, where they shared the challenges faced by our homeless community in Miami. They made a special visit with local Rep. Jared Moskowitz’s Office and his Legislative Assitant Harshitha Teppala. Our team also received a personal tour of the Capitol with former Congressman Kendrick Meek. Thank you to the National Alliance to End Homelessness for hosting an incredible conference that can only help us to better serve our community of individuals and families experiencing homelessness. 🏡❤️

We came. We learned. We explored. The 2024 National Conference on Ending Homelessness in Washington, DC was an immensely impactful conference and a liberating experience to be in the presence of over 2000 advocates who are committed to end homelessness around the US. I am also extremely proud to have had Chapman Partnership as a presenter at the conference to show case the work we are doing around trauma informed care. Incredible event, with even more incredible people! Scott Hansel • Heidi Alzate Kaufman, M.S, CFRE • Kavaja Sarduy • Kristy Scott • Victoria Hopta
