What a fun day at CGS! From the Nashville Fall Festival to the Halloween contest (in-person and virtual), we know how to celebrate 🎃. Our Nashville office enjoyed a cookout, “trick-or-treating” with Halloween candy, and fun music, closing out announcing the Nashville costume contest winners. The CGS Aspiring Leaders program offers hands-on learning and mentorship for professional growth. Recent graduate Jason Di Vincenzo, a CGS business analyst, shares about his experience: “This is a great opportunity for employees who want to learn about the corporate management structure, gain leadership skills, and go into management,” says Jason. Some of his favorite elements of the program were having a mentor and learning from leadership panels, where upper management shared how to tackle real-world challenges. Now, Jason applies these skills while managing a process improvement project for his Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification. He recommends the Aspiring Leaders program to all employees interested in pursuing a career as a manager or supervisor.

It may be October, but we're already gearing up for 2025! 📅 Our J15 Provider Outreach & Education (POE) team recently held their annual planning week, where they meet with company leaders, learn best practices, and build a roadmap for next year. Nykesha Scales, MBA, J15 POE Manager, said, "Annual planning is one of my favorite times of the year. Our team has members across the country, so gathering in person is special. We use this time not only to plan logistics, but also to think big about new ways we can better serve our customers."
