A dynamic entrepreneur and proud Latina, Josie leverages her extensive experience to drive innovation and foster growth in the tech industry. With a passion for helping businesses succeed, she has built Advancio into a company known for delivering custom technology solutions that address the unique needs of its clients, ensuring transparency, availability, and effective communication throughout every project. In addition to her role at Advancio, Josie is the founder and a board member of WeCanCode, a nonprofit organization dedicated to advancing digital literacy and promoting equity initiatives.     🚀 Supplier Diversity in Action at the Capital One Envision Summit! 🚀 What a powerful event! At the Capital One Envision Supplier Diversity Summit, we had the opportunity to meet with Prime and Tier 1 suppliers, building vital bridges for small and diverse businesses. Connecting with Cognizant a user of our Certifiably Diverse (Nectar iQ) platform, was a reminder of how our SaaS solution drives real impact by streamlining onboarding and reporting on diverse suppliers. Our discussions on Global Supplier Engagement alongside Ann Ramakumaran and Justin Nelson of NGLCC delved into the evolving DE&I conversation and the critical role technology plays in this journey. Together, we highlighted how responsible use of AI can support businesses, big and small, in reaching their goals. Huge congratulations to Sandra Eberhard on her lifetime achievement award—such a well-deserved recognition for her commitment to supplier diversity!     We celebrate Gloriaellis Mattei as we celebrate Hispanic Heritage Month! Gloria Mattei, born in Puerto Rico in 1968, is a dynamic entrepreneur and proud minority business owner. After earning her degree in Business Administration with a major in accounting from the University of Puerto Rico, she began her career in telecommunications, where she excelled for over 16 years. Transitioning from accounting to operations, she played a pivotal role at Verizon Wireless, including leading national teams in telematics systems for major car manufacturers. In 2012, Gloria embarked on her entrepreneurial journey by opening the second Nothing Bundt Cakes (NbC) bakery in Georgia, a business that has since flourished with multiple locations. Her entrepreneurial spirit was driven by her corporate success and her personal life, particularly her experience as a mother of a son with Autism Spectrum Disorder. Gloria's Bakeries has become more than just a business; it serves as a platform for creating opportunities for individuals with special needs, helping them develop soft skills, and providing a supportive work environment. Over the years, her dedication has earned her numerous accolades, including the Circle of Honor Award from Nothing Bundt Cakes National in 2023 and the International Franchise Association's Franchisee of the Year 2023. In addition to her business achievements, Gloria is actively involved in her community, supporting organizations like Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta, Susan G.
