  • This week, our Executive Director and 2 employees (a Dispatcher/Training Officer, and an Asst. Shift Supervisor) are attending the NENA - National Emergency Number Association conference in Orlando, Florida. Investing in professional development and training is crucial in the 911 industry. Attending conferences not only sharpens our skills but also helps us stay updated on the latest technologies and best practices. Continuous learning ensures we provide the best service possible to our communities. #911Training #ProfessionalDevelopment

  • It's been a busy week. Thank you PDC team for helping us with a successful go-live!

Central County Emergency 911 in Ellisville, MO is live with the Fire Priority Dispatch System (FPDS)! We love working with the folks over at Central County Emergency 911. They're longtime users of the Medical Priority Dispatch System (MPDS) and the Medical Transfer Protocol Suite, so they know how much can go into getting a new discipline off the ground. They put forward a ton of effort to get live with FPDS, and their calltakers and Emergency Dispatchers are already bought in and geared up to use FPDS to serve their community at an even higher level. FPDS empowers Emergency Dispatchers and calltakers to get the right response to the right place, no matter what kind of call comes in. It has protocols for natural disasters and back country fires that aren't found anywhere else. It helps make the first response the best response, every time. Congrats Central County Emergency 911! FPDS looks good on you. #Missouri #EmergencyResponse #Firefighters #FireDispatch

Executive Director Nettles is Missouri NENA First Vice President, and presented a session on Continuity of Operations Planning. HR Manager Skelton and Director Nettles presented a session on Human Resources Practices "Do's and Don'ts". Capt. • Our organization uses the Priority Dispatch QPR services. We find it invaluable. Using their services to review calls allows us to focus on other areas, such as staff training and professional development.

Dave Bookbinder wrote, "People are an organization's most valuable asset and the key to its success." From experience, we know that's true. The people that make up your comm center are an invaluable resource and investing in them is essential to your success. How's that going? We have an idea of how hard it is to run a comm center. Creating the time for quality assurance and improvement as well as staff development can feel like a monumental task. Priority Dispatch created Quality Performance Review to help with that. If you haven't heard of QPR, head over to our site at https://lnkd.in/eYu8fMe8 for more information. Whether you need a reboot or just a little tune-up, QPR has your back. #PriorityDispatch #QPR #QualityAssurance #EmergencyCommunications

Thank you for your unwavering commitment and invaluable contributions.
