These programs are vital, offering invaluable mentorship and guidance from experienced professionals who understand our unique challenges. But wait, there's more work to be done! Many voices are calling for a Medical School right here in Central California, providing local students with the support they need to serve their own communities. And it's not just about doctors – we need to invest in pathways for nurses, physician assistants, dentists, and psychologists too. 🌟 Learn more about these issues and ways to get involved in CCPHC's Healthcare Workforce Brief: https://lnkd.in/ghGRyvcf
