Exciting updates from our Myrtle Beach division this week. We're making strides on 37 BTR townhomes for Maymont Homes in scenic Surfside, SC. Our Myrtle Beach team is hard at work, managing everything from framing to slabs and siding. As we move into September, we expect all buildings to be in full swing. Looking forward to adding another dynamic BTR community to our portfolio!
