👉 This week (July 8-12, 2024), CCI will be taking time to slow down, reflect, and rest. Our staff will not be in office during this time. 😌 WHY DOES CCI DO THIS? Rest is a key part of our continued recovery. Listen to "Readiness, Response, Recovery, and Renewal," a CCI Health Pilots podcast episode recorded in 2021 at the height of the pandemic, and also the year when we first intentionally implemented this practice in the form of our summer rest / break for the entire staff. In this episode, we discuss the 4 R’s framework which covered the different phases of the pandemic.
