About us
Coal Country Community Health Center is a local non-profit rural community health center with clinics in Beulah, Hazen, Killdeer and Center, North Dakota, where staff provides comprehensive health services to its populations across the lifespan, including required primary and preventative medical care services, diagnostic and screening services, laboratory services, care coordination, physical therapy, behavioral and mental health services, substance use services, medication assisted therapy-suboxone program, diabetic education, outreach and enrollment, health education, visiting specialists, and visiting nurse services. As a federally qualified health center (FQHC), Coal Country Community Health Center’s team of providers delivers primary care for the entire community including low income and medically underserved people. Visiting specialist services include Orthopedics, Cardiology, Audiology, Gynecology and Psychology, and Podiatry.

Employee Spotlight⭐ Heather, RN is a Clinic Nurse at our Beulah Clinic and has been working for CCCHC for 3 years! In her spare time, Heather enjoys chasing after her little boys, lake days on the pontoon, time with family and friends, and spending time at the farm. Her favorite food is anything with pasta and potatoes and Littles in Pick City is her favorite restaurant! When asked what she loves about her job, Heather said: "Being able to help our patients feel better and ensuring they are taken care of. Also, seeing all the little babies!😊"

Our dedicated vaccine coordination team attended the ND State Immunization Conference in Bismarck last week! The conference aimed to explore strategies to enhance immunization rates, improve communication with patients and families, and provide updates on the latest immunization schedules. Their hard work ensures that vaccines are available and administered to our community, keeping everyone safe and healthy!

In her spare time, Michelle enjoys spending time with her family and friends, reading, and going on vacations. She also likes spending time at the lake during the summer months. A train trip is on Michelle's bucket list! When asked what she loves about her job, Michelle said: "I love greeting patients as they come through the doors and I love all of my coworkers."
