Congratulations to Christine Carranza on her 10 year milestone anniversary here at CCA Global Partners! Christine started her career with us as an Insurance Estimate Reviewer in the Strategic Partners Group (SPG) back in 2014. She has earned several promotions due to her hard work and dedication and currently works as a QA Reviewer Specialist. In this role, she handles a multitude of tasks, including "analyzes complex general contractor, roofing, and mitigation repair estimates for our carrier partners. Her responsibilities also include managing one of our largest carrier partner queues, handling escalations, and assisting our insurance members in improving the quality of submitted estimates," says her supervisor, Gabriel Vendetti. Outside of work, Christine is just as busy with her loving family and their pets. Whether that’s going on adventures, completing projects around the house, or spending time outside, Christine is all about having fun. She worked in other divisions including the Rebate department and Accounting, before she moved back over to the Rebate department as a Rebate Coordinator in 2020, where she has been ever since. In this role, her manager Margie Ulses says, "Bridgett is a wonderful asset due to her knowledge of the suppliers and her flexibility in adjusting how she performs her job." Outside of CCA, Bridgett is a dedicated mother and loves spending time with her family. Bridgett also has her cosmetology license and loves helping her clients feel their most beautiful! Tanya has been with CCA Global Partners for two years, and in this role, she assists with the recruitment and onboarding process for new hires, as well as benefit enrollment and payroll processing, helping to ensure employees have the support and benefits they need to take care of themselves and their families, so they can focus on the needs of our members. Tanya loves being a part of CCA’s new onboarding initiative, Onboarding The CCA Way, a useful tool for managers and new employees alike. Congratulations to Ryan O'Toole on 10 Amazing Years at CCA Global! In our ProSource Wholesale division, Ryan has shown tremendous dedication and versatility, significantly contributing to our business. He began as Senior Communications and Event Manager at ProSource, seamlessly planning and managing conventions and meetings. His supervisor, Deb Weis, says, "his first event went very smoothly as if he had done this for years." He then became the Digital Project Manager, where he helped launch the new ProSource website and pioneered the Franchisee Showroom Committee. From 2018-2021, Ryan was a valued Field Business Consultant, winning franchisees' trust and helping boost their results, before returning to his role as Digital Project Manager in 2021. Outside of work, Ryan loves spending time with his family, traveling, and going on adventures around the world. Ryan has been an invaluable member of every aspect of Prosource, and we are incredibly grateful to have his talents and passion here at CCA.
