President of Sisters of Charity Hospital, Meghan Aldrich, DNP, MBA recently shared her experience and vision for the hospital with Buffalo Business First! “What’s so wonderful with being embedded in a larger health system is we can do things like think about the continuum of care and which part of the organization is best suited to provide the best quality care,” Aldrich stated when addressing how Sisters Hospital cares for patients in and out of the hospital. She sites the hospital's "incredible culture" and its lasting community as reasons why she was drawn to her new position.
