As the host of the Young Professionals of Color Conference, Cascade Engineering would like to highlight our Breakout Session focusing on Generational Diversity, led by Matt Yuill. Matt Yuill (he/him) is a change management professional, DEI practitioner, and workplace referee. As a transnational Korean adoptee who grew up with golabki and The Monkees rather than kimchi and K-Pop, he has embraced what it means to navigate life and change through an intersectional lens. Matt aims to translate his lived experience and expertise into an actionable practice that demystifies change management and cultivates a culture of accountability inside and outside of the workplace. Matt earned a Masters degree in Higher Education with a focus on diversity and social justice education from the University of Michigan. He currently serves as the Chief of Staff at Planned Parenthood of Michigan where he is responsible for developing and driving implementation of the organization's strategic plan. Today is Stand Up to Cancer Day. Nearly 15 years ago, The Pink Cart was created with a big goal in mind— we wanted to kick breast cancer to the curb. What started as an idea that was near and dear to our employees blossomed into a movement that spanned across the U.S. as communities started turning their trash pink, one cart at a time. With each purchase of a Pink Cart, we donate $5 to breast cancer research and prevention. Ready to join the movement? Reach out to Cascade Cart Solutions.
