Pew Research Center found that even though women contribute as much, or more, to the household financially – they are still providing a disproportionate amount of time to home duties and caregiving, dubbed “the second shift.” 🏠 🧺 And only 18% of the women surveyed in our 2023 State of Women in Wealth Management report said they were “always” able to balance their personal and work obligations.
