Did you know? The Nocatee Spray Park features an impressive amount of water features and fun. Whale Harbor, a four-story interactive spray playground, is the tallest of its kind in Northeast Florida and holds a whopping 50,000 gallons of water! Meanwhile a smaller spray pad, Scuttle Cove, creates a fun environment for Nocatee's youngest to enjoy and adds another 2,500 gallons to the mix.

We are well underway with an exciting adaptive reuse project, the Tigre Island Room, in the downtown of Fernandina Beach! We’re excited about the Owner’s vision for this space and can’t wait to transform this beautiful, historic building into an event and music venue for the local community to enjoy.

Spanning 48 acres, Phase 1 of the Clay County Regional Sports Complex is a testament to our commitment of creating buildings and spaces for the community's benefit. Surrounded by Florida's natural beauty, this park features eight multipurpose fields, winding walking trails, and a modern restroom facility. Our team is proud to have been part of this project which promotes physical activity, social connection, and a deeper appreciation for nature.
