Our owner, Wayne Mitchell, a published co-author of the book "Aging In Place Conversations... what industry experts have to say". Believes that you can age in the comfort of your own home in Northern Virginia. Our services are tailored to meet your unique needs. We provide one-on-one in-home senior care on your schedule. Regardless of the senior services you may require. Voted "The BEST Senior Care Agency" since 2017. Our team is devoted to providing quality and compassionate care to the seniors we serve. Meet Wayne Mitchell, Wayne started his healthcare career as a public health Paramedic–Advanced Life Support, then transitioned to corporate America for over 30 years, the last 10 years working closely with military families. He became interested in senior care after experiencing difficulties finding care for his own parents. This experience helped Wayne understand the life-changing stages seniors go through and gave him a desire to help seniors in his community. Wayne loves coaching his caregivers and staff on how to deliver excellent senior care to their clients.
