Led by CEO Timothy Escamilla, Bolthouse Fresh Foods will carry on the legacy of Bolthouse Farms as a leading supplier of fresh carrots to retailers across North America. Generous Brands, led by CEO Steve Cornell, will encompass the market-leading premium fresh beverage and salad dressing businesses at Bolthouse Farms and Evolution Fresh. This transaction is a testament to Butterfly's deep operational expertise and specialization in the food & beverage industry.
