New Beginnings, a group art show presented by BUCK's APAC Employee Resource Group, opens tomorrow! Please join us for the show's opening on Thursday, July 18, from 6-9 pm at Land to Sea Brooklyn, where you'll have the opportunity to meet some of the artists. If you can't make it to the opening, the show will be on display until September 2024.

Happy World Emoji Day! We're looking back on our work for Twitter's "Twemojis," a design system and illustration project that resulted in thousands of unique emojis. The expressive, inclusive set of designs also included a sticker pack people could use to create whimsical scenes and doll up their photos. These are some of our fave creations. Our work with Bankwest began six years ago, when they asked us to turn ordinary banking moments into a vibrant, expansive, orange universe filled with charming characters that spreads the word about their growing range of services. On July 1st, we celebrate Keti Koti, marking the end of slavery  in the Netherlands, Suriname, St. Maarten, St. Eustatius, Saba, Aruba, Bonaire, and Curaçao. To honor this day, our team in the Netherlands has crafted this beautiful artwork highlighting traditional food, music, and clothing including; Heri Heri, a dish that consists of cassava, sweet potato, plantain, egg, and fried cod. Bigi Sprikri, the annual, lively parade celebrating Afro-Caribbean culture and freedom. And garments including an Angisa (head scarf), Koto (dress) and Yaki (jacket) worn by Afro-Surinamese women.
