In sports and business alike, Coach Holtz’s timeless wisdom rings true – success hinges on the bedrock of teamwork. These inquiries epitomize the essential elements of effective teamwork—trust, dedication to excellence, and genuine concern for one another. By cultivating an environment where these questions are not just answered but embodied, teams can forge strong bonds, enhance performance, and achieve pretty remarkable outcomes.
These two women, Sherilyn Paciunas and Vanessa Aguila, exude these qualities and continue to inspire me to ask myself these questions.

These two women, inspire me on a daily basis with their unwavering determination, resilience, and creativity in who they are as individuals as well as their dedication to our mission and the clients we serve. In seeing this daily commitment to both personal and professional excellence from these two individuals, it is surely no surprise that women of BSI have been named the winner of the Lehigh Valley Business and Central Penn Business Journal’s 2024 Empowering Women Award.

Genuine care for one another is the driving force that cultivates this trust within our team. It allows us to strengthen our bond, build a supportive environment, and fuel our collective success. This dynamic allows our team to accomplish personal, team, and organizational goals.
Building and maintaining a well-functioning team is a daily commitment. It does not come without challenges, as it requires effort, time, and dedication from all members. In saying this, this dedication leads to productivity, success, innovation, and a culture that makes you want to show up for work. I am filled with a lot of gratitude for the opportunity to work with these two women.
