🌟𝐈𝐧𝐧𝐨𝐯𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐬𝐤𝐢𝐝 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐚𝐜𝐜𝐮𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐝𝐨𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐨𝐟 𝐯𝐢𝐭𝐚𝐦𝐢𝐧 𝐁𝟏𝟐 𝐢𝐧 𝐭𝐮𝐛𝐞 𝐟𝐞𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠 Today we share a recent project in which we collaborated with LT technology bv to design an advanced skid. In this application a global pharmacy customer specializing in clinical nutrition is the end user. Thanks to the integration of a Bronkhorst sanitary ultrasonic flow meter, combined with a pump and valve, the customer's most essential requirements can be guaranteed. The skid supplied and engineered by LT Technology is used in a filling line of tube feeding for adding B12.   🔍 𝐀𝐜𝐜𝐮𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐲: This skid can achieve extremely accurate dosing. In fact, it can dose small volumes of B12 (4 ml in 500 ml bags of tube feeding, and 8 ml in 1000 ml bags of tube feeding) very precisely.   ⚡ 𝐃𝐨𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐬𝐩𝐞𝐞𝐝: In addition to accuracy, the skid also offers exceptional speed. With the new FLUIFILL firmware, vitamin B12 is dosed in less than a second into the tube feeding bags, ensuring efficient and reliable delivery of vitamin B12. The firmware is integrated in the ultrasonic flow meter.   🔒 𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐞𝐚𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲: Traceability and hygiene are also ensured because of this solution. The used flow meter is 3A certified. These must operate absolutely stably to ensure that gases enter the reaction cell as desired and that fluctuations do not affect the quality of the measurements. Typically, we are dealing with very low flow rates in this devices, often only 1 to 1000 milliliters per minute.   🔬𝗦𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝘀𝗽𝗮𝗰𝗲, 𝘀𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝗺𝗼𝗻𝗲𝘆 In addition to stable flow, compatibility with the gas used in the process is important, but the size of the flow controller is also of great significance to the manufacturers of the aforementioned devices. June was a great month for our International 𝗖𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗿 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗱𝘂𝗰𝘁 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴! 🌐🎓 We kicked off with a comprehensive online training consisting of 6 different sessions, attended by 207 participants from around the globe. These sessions provided in-depth knowledge from the low-flow specialists at Bronkhorst.
