Brixton Capital has acquired Polo Plaza, a 63,629-square-foot mixed-use property in Del Mar, California, for $18.5 million from Lincoln Property Company and ASB Investment Management. Located at 3702 and 3790 Villa De La Valle, Polo Plaza features office and retail spaces and is situated between the affluent communities of Del Mar and Rancho Santa Fe. Brixton plans to enhance the property's iconic arched façade, refresh the common areas and lease the remaining 30% of the space.
