Internal education: We provide our team members with educational courses, webinars, conferences, subscriptions, and coaching sessions from paid consultants to continually grow. We ask that each team member complete at least one educational resource per quarter. We also hold bi-weekly team mastermind meetings to allow our team to share their expertise with one another. Client-facing education: Our team takes the knowledge they continually learn and pass it to our clients. We’ve created educational videos to increase your knowledge of paid media. We use meeting agendas and weekly email send-outs to educate you on the performance of your account and opportunities for your business.
