🌟 Meet Our Amazing Summer Interns at BRG! 🌟 We’re excited to introduce Sam and Jai, our incredible summer interns bringing fresh energy and ideas to BRG! Sam is a rising senior at Hamilton College in Clinton, New York, where he studies Literature and Hispanic Studies and shines on the varsity golf and swim teams! Back for his second summer with us, Sam has been working on operations and business development. He's been busy with property inspections and researching potential property acquisitions. His capstone project this summer? Redesigning our budgeting process to make it more efficient, helping our portfolio managers analyze financial data for better budget decisions now and in the future. 🚀📊 Jai, a rising sophomore studying Finance at The Ohio State University, has been a standout at BRG this summer! He's been conducting a vendor audit to ensure all documents are updated from BRG’s many vendors. Jai has also spent two weeks in unit rehabilitation at our Deercross and Fox Run communities and assisted in property inspections at multiple locations. We’re excited to share some more fantastic updates at Deercross Apartments! Our team has been hard at work with new renovations and enhancements around our beautiful community. We’ve added elegant stonework around the pool and a stunning new granite slab for the waterfall, creating a serene and luxurious atmosphere. The light posts around the pool area have been freshly painted to complement the upgraded siding, adding a polished touch to the surroundings. Plus, we’ve installed a brand-new gas grill for our residents to enjoy summer cookouts and gatherings with friends and family. 🚧🏗️ Exciting News from Hebron, Kentucky! 🚧🏗️   We are thrilled to announce that the groundbreaking ceremony for our brand-new Hebron Station Apartments took place last week! This incredible project will feature 256 modern 1 and 2-bedroom apartment homes, offering residents top-notch amenities, including:   🏊♂️ A large swimming pool with a sprawling sundeck  🔥 A community grill  💪 A state-of-the-art fitness center  🏡 A spacious clubhouse    Inside our apartments, you can expect contemporary touches like kitchen islands, luxury LVP flooring throughout the main living spaces, washer and dryer connections in each home, and much more!   We are also excited to share our space with Longneck's Sports Grill and Wawa, Inc., enhancing the community experience.   Building a new community takes a lot of effort, and having amazing partnerships goes a long way! We are thrilled to welcome Michelle back to the BRG team as our new Community Manager at The Vinings! Michelle was with us for six years before pursuing another opportunity, and we are excited to have her return with 15 years of experience in multi-family housing. During her time away, she gained valuable insights and honed her skills, which she is now bringing back to our team. Her expanded knowledge and expertise will undoubtedly contribute to the continued success and growth of our community. We are thrilled to benefit from the new perspectives and innovative approaches she has developed over the years. Michelle's passion for creating vibrant communities is matched by her adventurous spirit.
