Say bonjour to Parker Barnard, Quality Control Supervisor. Our first testimonial of our Inspiring Buddy Program; our creative and Andros way to spotlight our team! A year ago, Parker was recommended by a former intern, current Process Engineer, Sam Benavides. Parker joined our team as a Quality Intern in the summer of 2019. And oh buddy, Parker stepped up quickly! He was then promoted to our Quality Supervisor that same year! Way to go, Parker! 🙌 Parker’s best memory was as an intern working on a colorimeter for our QC Dept., he improved this by gathering data which helped our QC techs have a better benchmark for applesauce’s color. In addition, he loves to have the “ability to influence change and having a strong QC team.” Parker is challenged to wear different hats at work because there are broader jobs and opportunities at BAP. He loves our pouches made of: apple, sweet potato, pumpkin, and blueberry! 😋 He describes our BAP team as: challenging, growing, and engaging.
