A Brand Cultivator is a dynamic opportunity for individuals who are already in sales in the beverage industry BUT you have control over what brands you represent and where you represent them. And you ready to work on your own terms? After meeting countless small suppliers in need of sales support who are currently unable to hire a full-time salesperson, we decided we had to find a solution! That is where the Brand Cultivator was born! Who you are: One of our fantastic candidates with incredible experience and tons of top account connects eager to be your own boss. Who a Brand Cultivator is: A representative of 4-6 different brands, with 2-4 SKUs each...enough to fill a bag and create a mini portfolio, while ensuring attention and dedication to each brand. This position is completely FEET ON THE STREET, calling on all your favorite accounts in your own backyard, and leaving all the back-office work to someone else. As a Brand Cultivator, you are your own boss with no broker, importer, supplier, or distributor telling you what to sell, when and where! You are an industry professional and know you have what it takes to grow brands organically. Based on your own expertise, experience, and relationships, you will show suppliers results. What you can expect: Total annual base paying between $90K- $130K 4-6 brands each paying a base of between $1500-$3000/month Commission and bonus opportunities based on depletions Flexibility and the opportunity to self-manage Authority to choose which products and suppliers you represent 1099 so you can write off all your expenses!
