They say everything is bigger in Texas. It just got faster too. Today at Farnborough International Airshow, we announced that Symphony assembly and testing will take place at StandardAero’s facility in San Antonio. As part of our expanded relationship, StandardAero will manage production, which will scale up to 330 engines annually. Learn more about Symphony production here: https://lnkd.in/ezpY_vdU

Boom is applying a rapid development approach to Symphony. We’re already building and rig-testing engine hardware, just 18 months after Symphony’s initial announcement. We’ve also accelerated development of a full-scale engine core, which will be operational in late 2025. Engine core testing will analyze performance of the compressor, combustor, and turbine section. Data gathered will further refine engineering and expedite production of a fully certified engine. Learn more about Symphony’s accelerated progress here: https://lnkd.in/ezpY_vdU
