III Points is taking place in Miami this weekend, and we analyzed the agencies behind the over 200 artists performing on this year’s lineup. Using Booking Agent Info, we uncovered a particularly interesting mix of both major agencies and local, independent talent. Notably, 75% of the lineup falls into the "Others" category, which includes other agencies and artists who manage their bookings in-house. Many of these independent artists are from Miami, highlighting the festival's dedication to showcasing local talent. This emphasis on independent and Miami-based performers underscores the festival's role in promoting the city's vibrant and diverse music scene. Among the major players, Wasserman leads with 12% of the lineup, representing artists like Disclosure, BLOND:ISH, Toro y Moi, and Kaytranada. Liaison Artists and Creative Artists Agency (CAA) each account for 4% of the artist roster. Liaison’s artists include Carlita, Ben UFO, and PAWSA, while CAA represents Cloonee, DJ Shadow, and Beltran. WME | William Morris Endeavor (WME) represents 3% of the lineup, with artists like Justice, Seth Troxler, and Vintage Culture. United Talent Agency (UTA) represents 2%, booking acts such as Sammy Virji, Arca, and Massive Attack. What stands out most in this breakdown is the diversity of representation. While major agencies play a key role in curating the festival, III Points Miami places significant emphasis on independent and local talent. This unique mix of local acts and international stars offers festivalgoers an eclectic and immersive experience, staying true to the spirit of Miami’s cultural landscape.
