She connects with potential candidates through social media, crafting content to aid job seekers while keeping them engaged with the Blue Water brand. Eileen takes pride in representing Blue Water, ensuring an exceptional recruiting experience for both hiring managers and candidates. She is passionate about career coaching and resume writing.
