The Blind Institute of Technology (BIT) is an exceptional 501(c)(3) staffing and recruitment agency dedicated to fostering employment opportunities for professionals with disabilities on a global level. Our overarching mission at BIT is centered on achieving meaningful employment. Career Seekers We support professionals with disabilities globally who are looking to secure and retain meaningful employment through professional staffing, recruiting, training and development. Registered Apprenticeship: BIT holds the distinction of being the sole US Department of Labor Registered Apprenticeship program catering to blind and visually impaired individuals on a national scale.
