Bronwyn began Rouxbe, an online professional culinary training program that BOCR has partnered with, in 2023 and has recently completed the program earning 5 culinary certificates recognized by the American Culinary Federation, the World Association of Chefs Societies and the Association of Nutrition & Foodservice Professionals as well as 129.0 Continuing Education Hours.
