Last night’s meeting was festive, fun and fulfilling. Club members were treated to three fabulous speeches, four terrific table topic responses and three helpful evaluations. Ray gave his ice breaker speech, Troy told us about his High Performance Leadership project, and Tuba practiced her presentation for an upcoming International Speech Contest. Award winners were Ray (Best Speaker and Toastmaster of the Meeting), Lauren (Best Table Topics) and D’Arcy (Best Evaluator). Congrats to all, and thanks for another good meeting!

About Our Club: We are a welcoming, friendly, and safe environment; we want our members to succeed at public speaking and their goals on it. We come from a diverse and impressive variety of occupations and backgrounds. Currently, we have members who work in state government, local government, their own businesses, small businesses, non-profit businesses, multinational business, healthcare, and religion/church-related jobs (from at least a couple of different churches). We are from North Dakota, Minnesota, Illinois, New Jersey, Turks and Caicos, Michigan, Mumbai (India), and more. Join Our Club To Improve Public Speaking Skills: Toastmasters will help you improve your public speaking or communication skills. You will learn how to structure your presentation and incorporate tone and body language to truly engage with your audience as you work through the Pathways educational program. There are many opportunities in work and life that require us to speak in front of people, why not join Toastmasters to brush up on your skills?
