At new Biscuit Belly locations, we have installed viewing windows into our prep area so guests can see us making our famous scratch made biscuits and other items while they stand in line. This is a cool interaction that was caught on video of one of our biscuit makers throwing flour on the viewing window and drawing hearts and smiley faces and making these 3 kids’ (and mom’s) day! 😊❤️😊❤️😊❤️

Biscuit Belly Friends and Family in Raleigh NC! Our first in the area (with a 2nd hopefully in 2025!). An amazing job from our GM and NSO team, led by Clint Umphrey and Lisa Dwelly - two Texas Roadhouse veterans who are excited to scale Biscuit Belly and make it legendary as well! Also included is an amazing review from a local influencer and previous NSO leader, who couldn’t believe how things were so smooth and delicious!

Our first ever Biscuit Belly Franchise Conference is in the books! Had an amazing day discussing improvements, being more guest focused and more profitable. And, most importantly, introducing the Year of Hospitality! Appreciate the amazing 🍽️Zack Oates🍕 for making an appearance as our guest speaker. The day ended with air shows and the biggest fireworks show in America - Thunder over Louisville, with spectacular views from the Galt House Hotel.
