Some highlights from the report: 👏 We marked a tremendous milestone in November 2022: the final close of our for-profit sister organization, Beyond Capital Ventures. ✅ We also marked an exit from East Africa Fruits and reaffirmed our investments, including via another investment in Haqdarshak to support the company in their $1M Pre-series A round. We also welcomed to our portfolio Ampersand E-Mobility, which capitalizes on growing support for e-mobility in Africa through producing and managing electric motorbikes and a battery-swapping infrastructure network in Rwanda and Kenya.   📚 BCV’s inaugural Founder Summer School kicked off in 2023, hosting our portfolio company founders for a curated lineup of exceptional speakers, all of whom shared their insights and experiences into the entrepreneurial journey.
