Interviewing is a lot of work 😅 Here are 2 strategies to navigate the stress: (1) Prepare with Purpose: Dedicate time to understand the company, role, and your value proposition. Practice common questions and rehearse your narrative until it feels natural. (2) Plan for Recovery: Give yourself time to decompress afterward. Reflect on your performance, but also let yourself relax—you've earned it! Remember, the process is tough, but don’t give up!

We’re CELEBRATING 8 new AE & SE job offers!!  🙌 The offers ranged from $140K to $310K 🔥 Join me in congratulating 👏 these folks on their job search wins.… 𝗦𝗿. 𝗔𝗰𝗰𝗼𝘂𝗻𝘁 𝗘𝘅𝗲𝗰𝘂𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 who followed the playbook and delivered “one of the best presentations [the interviewers] had ever seen” 𝗦𝗼𝗹𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘀𝘂𝗹𝘁𝗮𝗻𝘁 worked our network and impressed the hiring manager to land his new role. 𝗦𝗼𝗹𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝗘𝗻𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗿 who pivoted from being an AE for 10 years to landing her first SE role! 𝗦𝗮𝗹𝗲𝘀 𝗘𝗻𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗿 leveraged the impact plan to demonstrate initiative and impress the hiring team, landing her a founding SE role. 𝗦𝗿. 𝗦𝗮𝗹𝗲𝘀 𝗘𝗻𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗿 landed a top-end comp package ($250K ) at a fast-growing Series B company. 𝗦𝗿.
