Hiring Alert 🚨 We are hiring 'EDI Analyst' 🔵 Roles and Responsibilities - Enrollment Process: Manage the entire EDI/ERA Enrollment process, from initial applications to ongoing maintenance and follow-up. - Payer Enrollment: Complete and submit (EDI/ERA and EFT) enrollment applications to various insurance carriers and Clearinghouses. - Verification: Verify and maintain accurate Practice and provider information. - Document Management: Maintain organized records of EDI/ERA and EFT Enrollment documents. - Compliance: Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and insurance company requirements to ensure providers remain compliant. - Communication: Communicate with insurance companies, healthcare providers, and relevant parties to resolve EDI/ERA and EFT issues and inquiries. - Problem-solving: Identify and address any obstacles or challenges in the EDI/ERA and EFT process promptly and effectively. - Reporting: Generate reports and provide insights to support decision-making related to EDI/ERA Enrollment. - Continuous Improvement: Suggest and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in EDI Implementation. 🔵 Qualifications - Bachelor's degree. - Prior experience in healthcare EDI/ERA Enrollment, Vendor Implementation, or a related role. - Knowledge of healthcare regulations, insurance policies, and billing procedures. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Proficiency in using Billing software and Microsoft Office Suite. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills - Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and adhering to compliance standards.
