Beam Living prioritizes health throughout all of our communities, with a fitness location at each community (and two at StuyTown!), as well as fitness focused events for residents, like YogaTown, and our Summer Fitness program for Beam teammates.

Yesterday, we celebrated Juneteenth, a day of joy and reflection on freedom. This historic day commemorates the struggle of African Americans in their quest to abolish slavery. As we reflect back on this day, we continue to honor and cherish the innumerable feats made by Black Americans in our community. 

During last weeks huddle, our leaders spoke about the importance of inclusivity within the LGBTQ community, and how we at Beam push to make a difference each and every day. We also had a surprise visit from Beam's very own Scott Laubner, or should we say, April Foolz-Daye. Happy Pride!
