Today is World Teacher’s Day!📚 INKEY has always been passionate about education – but this doesn’t just mean students, as we know their experience is also shaped by those they learn from. Our work building the Togetherness Practice with Ashoka has been to ensure EVERYONE involved in education is able to achieve their full potential. The Togetherness Practice helps create an environment where everyone is able to collaborate on solutions for what they need, empowering both students and teachers with the tools to take control of what and how they learn. The Practice itself was co-created with educators and young people! Our first pilot began 2 years ago and since then we’ve seen success with people and places far and wide – from teachers and students in Manchester, to lecturers in Arizona, to professors in South Africa 🌍 Even though we’ve impacted over 300,000 people so far, we don’t want to stop there! Next year, we’re looking to roll out the Togetherness Practice to more places that could benefit from it in order to achieve our goal of impacting 500,000 people in education by the end of 2025! This will be led by the amazing young changemakers of our INKEY Impact Fund, who will begin their work at the start of the year!

INKEY Truck Stop #2: Miami 🚚🌴 This weekend, our amazing team hit the streets of Miami, delivering samples and tote bags to over 500 people, all while driving excitement to shop INKEY at Sephora. As well as this, our incredible North America team based at Sephora Brickell City Centre, offered personalized 1-on-1 skincare consultations and exclusive gifts with purchase. We had an amazing time connecting with the Miami community, spreading the love and knowledge of all things INKEY! 🫶

This weekend, we had the best time celebrating National Coffee Day with the incredible team at Pura Vida ☕️ At all 24 of their Miami South Florida spots, we gave out a limited supply of Caffeine Eye Cream with every Pumpkin Spice Latte purchase. We had an amazing time celebrating one of our favourite days, spreading the love to both familiar faces and new ones 🖤

In case you missed it, it was World Charity Day this month! 🌎 Together with our partner charity Ashoka, we’ve developed the Togetherness Practice; a toolkit for educators, teachers, and young people to be able to create and action a new kind of environment within education. Where young people can thrive, grow and have a say in their own futures. This practice tool has been developed by experts and educators around the world to help cultivate the kind of environment in schools and colleges that creates changemakers for the good of all.
