The ladies at Lindsay Home, a ministry of BCH, had an absolute blast at the Boone Bigfoots Baseball game last week! A special shoutout to Victoria, who won a signed baseball for being the loudest fan! What's truly amazing is that just 7 months ago, Victoria was on a ventilator. Her journey to recovery has been nothing short of inspiring, and seeing her cheer with such energy filled our hearts with joy. Thank you, Boone Bigfoots, for giving us a night to remember!

This week, an incredible team of volunteers served at Mills Home in Thomasville, making a huge impact on our children and families in cottage care. Their dedication and kindness have been a great help and an inspiring witness to all. Thank you to everyone who gave their time and hearts to support our mission! 

Cottage Home Care for boys and girls is provided at Baptist Children's Homes (BCH) locations across the state. Children live in community-based group cottages with their BCH cottage parents. "Words can not express how blessed the Mills Home Campus is with our current group of cottage parents. They exemplify the love of God in tangible ways, not only to the children they work with, but also with their fellow employees. Recently a child was asked how she felt about living at Mills Home; her response was, "I love it here! The staff love me and keep me safe!" The mission of "sharing hope and changing lives" is evident because of the love and support of faithful cottage staff." -Bobbie Heilig, Residential Services Supervisor

What an incredible blessing to enjoy the beauty of God's creation! These boys and girls, who have found a safe haven at our Broyhill Home in Western NC, spent the week with their cottage parents at BCH's beach cottage. The sun sets over the sound behind the cottage as the children splash and play.
