I’m proud to announce that as part of our green initiative efforts, Tower 300 has yet again achieved a USGBC LEED Certification! In past years, Tower 300 was SILVER Certified but after several years of countless meetings, hard work, and building wide changes, we were able to achieve GOLD status in our 2024 renewal! This achievement identifies Tower 300 as a showcase example of sustainability and demonstrates our leadership in transforming the building industry. For those of you who may not be familiar with LEED it is an international building rating system that provides a standard for healthy, highly efficient, and cost-saving “green” buildings. It is a globally recognized symbol of sustainability, and it is backed by an entire industry of organizations and individuals in over 186 countries that prioritize and improve public health and support healthy ecosystems. Shout out to my amazing team for the time spent and effort put forth to help achieve our goal!
