We're all for a good conversation about compensation but we’d recommend it to NOT be at one of the places shared in this video. 😂 Remember conversations about 💰 can be intimidating. So managers, try to create a space that is comfortable. And employees, come to the conversation prepared, frame the discussion to align with your goals, and don’t be afraid to ask questions. 👏
