Congratulations to the winners of the 2023-24 Tools Competition! Ballmer Group's grant supports The Learning Agency's Tools Competition, which funds innovation to leverage digital technology, big data, and learning science to meet the urgent needs of learners worldwide.
This morning the Tools Competition announced 50 winners of the 2023-24 cohort! Learn more about the winners here: https://lnkd.in/gGyMCypw Winners were selected from over 1,900 submissions worldwide! Collectively, winners from varying backgrounds and phases of development were awarded more than $8 million, and their tools are projected to impact over 24 million learners by 2027. Winning solutions will play a key role in accelerating and better assessing learning outcomes, strengthening 21st-century skills, boosting the impact of early childhood instruction, facilitating the learning science research process, engaging adult learners in higher education, and training and upskilling learners for an adaptive workforce. The 2023-24 Tools Competition was run with support from: Renaissance Philanthropy, Griffin Catalyst, Walton Family Foundation, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Siegel Family Endowment, Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA), Ballmer Group, Calbright College, Axim Collaborative, Jacobs Foundation, Endless, and OpenAI and was administered by The Learning Agency and Georgia State University.
