Headquartered in Phoenix, Arizona, we also have offices in California and Nevada to better meet our clients’ needs. Established in 1992, AZTEC has grown the company from a 2-person, DBE firm into a corporation with offices throughout the US. In 2006, we became part of TYPSA Group, an international firm with 50 offices, 2,600 employees and annual revenues of $250 million - a testament to AZTEC’s long-term, financial stability and reputation.

TYPSA is thrilled to be partnering with SYSTRA and 19 small businesses as part of a comprehensive team to begin the design of Track and Overhead Contact Systems (OCS) for California High-Speed Rail Authority on the initial 171-mile High Speed Rail passenger service connecting Merced to Bakersfield. This is a significant step forward to bring the first high-speed rail system to the United States, linking California’s major towns.
