Flawless Event Production. For Your Biggest Day. Anywhere in the Country.
About us
Event Production avad3, Inc. has been providing professional video and audio for events since 2011. We are a flexible, growing team of professionals that leverage our young age balanced with production experience to bring a fresh perspective to our industry. We are here because we love to serve. We strive to serve our clients above and beyond what we have seen anyone else in the state, and even the nation, providing. By being professionals in this industry 365 days a year, we have the capabilities to get clients service above what part-time providers can offer, while still maintaining the level of professionalism competitive with national freelance teams. Our work has allowed us to travel outside of our Arkansas base and our attention to service has allowed us to serve an extensive and diverse portfolio of clients. From small one-time projects to ongoing weekly assignments from regular clients, we do our best to tackle every project with the same attention to detail, and a level of service unheard of in our market. www.avad3.com

Meet Andrew Hultsrom a Production Tech at avad3! Before avad3, I’ve worked in various roles such as Video Tech, Production Hand, Landscaper, Maintenance, Well Drilling Assistant, and more! The most inspiring part of my job is seeing people enjoying themselves at an event that I helped put on. My favorite types of shows tend to be concerts as they tend to generate a pleasant buzz of energy in the room and amongst the attendees. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my close friends and studying Norse/Celtic folklore and mythology. If I could have a superpower, it would have to be Matter Creation.

Most large conferences feature buzzworthy keynote speakers and giveaway-filled vendor rooms. The real meat of the conference, though, comes from the breakout sessions. These smaller events-within-an-event allow attendees to choose the topic or experience they want and provide an opportunity for conference planners to increase engagement and learning even when the guests number is in the thousands. They can be the highlight of the event that will have participants talking long after the conference is over… or they can flop. It's essential that planners are intentional about creating breakout sessions that are memorable for all the right reasons. Let’s look at how to do it. https://hubs.la/Q02HJ_My0

Meet Jessica, our Sales Director at avad3! Before my role at avad3, I've worked in coaching and operations. The most inspiring part of my job is connecting our clients with our team's amazing service. In event production, my favorite aspect is the standard of excellence that we always serve our clients with. Outside of work, what makes me happiest is being with my family and spending lots of time outdoors. If I could have a superpower, it would definitely be teleportation.

Planning to host a trade show or vendor event is just like planning any other event – and also nothing like planning any other event. These opportunities for vendors to present themselves to customers or stakeholders require all of the planning that any large event does, but they also present a unique set of logistical needs that can’t be overlooked. Meet Kimber, an Account Manager at avad3! Before avad3, I've worked in the event industry for over 12 years, balancing planning, leadership, and mentoring while continuing to be a student along the way. Prior to events, I served in the health industry. The most inspiring part of my job is building strong collaborative relationships. In event production, my favorite aspect is bringing clients' visions to reality alongside a strong team of professionals. Outside of work, what makes me happiest is traveling and spending time with the ones I love. If I could have a superpower, it would be the ability to heal.
