NAIDOC Week was a fantastic opportunity to celebrate the rich history, achievements and contributions of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Australians. Here’s how our teams across the country came together to learn, connect and champion inclusion: - Volunteering: Our team members volunteered their time at local events, like the Musgrave Park Family Fun Day in Brisbane. - Learning and sharing: We shared educational materials and treats to spark conversations and raise awareness about Indigenous culture. - Lunchtime movies: We hosted screenings of ‘The Australian Wars’ documentary, providing a platform for shared learning and reflection. We believe a diverse and inclusive workplace is not just important, it’s essential. We’re proud of the steps we are taking to celebrate and learn from all cultures, and we’re committed to fostering an environment where everyone feels valued and empowered to contribute their unique voice.
