#TBT - Looking back at this large hotel complex in Lombard, IL. The unique features of this project are that the first two levels are a cast-in-place podium for large banquet and pool areas, and the hotel tower is located upon this podium. Waubonsee Development was hard at work erecting at Project Supernova in DeKalb, IL! This 780k footprint consists of an ambient and high bay ASRS along with a typical warehouse space, office areas, light packaging areas, and all served by a rail spur within the building footprint.
