Last month I activated my passion for restorative art making by contributing to a new public art initiative via the Hydrangea Trail 2.0 project along the Atlantic City, NJ inlet. I was one of many artists who adorned their talents along planters that will be on display throughout the inlet. Why a blue jay? This bird reminds me the importance of being steadfast in protecting your environment. At times it may appear to be aggressive, yet in reality it has an ability to keep its ecosystem at bay and restores order and peace. Love me my blue jays Thank you to Atlantic City Arts Foundation and the City of Atlantic City for the opportunity. 🤍💙

It’s been a very artsy week at MW Atlantic City! Atlantic City Arts Foundation came by to paint murals with our #Mighty students. We can’t wait to see their artwork around the city! Bonus pictures at the end— our steps got a chalk makeover! #atlanticcity | #art | #muralart | #kidart | #mightywriters
Thank you Chanelle René for this incredible collaborative youth mural, marking Atlantic City Arts Foundation's 98th mural in Atlantic City!
“You Make The World A Better Place” my latest mural project created in collaboration with Mighty Writers Atlantic City. I enjoyed sharing my mural making process with 1st through 4th graders, who contributed to the design and painting. We used mural polytab cloth to allow everyone be involved in the painting process. Once finished in my studio, I installed the mural cloth nearby on the same street as the Atlantic City center. So proud of how it turned out. This message truly resonates to all who pass by. Thank you Atlantic City Arts Foundation and Mighty Writers! 📍Mural location: (Cali’s) Atlantic Avenue and N California Avenue, Atlantic City, New Jersey
