Full-Time Vascular Ultrasound Technician Position Overview: We are currently hiring a full-time Vascular Ultrasound Technologist to perform diagnostic ultrasound examinations in our state-of-the-art facility. The ideal candidate will be experienced in vascular ultrasound procedures and possess strong interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients and collaborate with our multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals. Responsibilities: ● Conduct vascular ultrasound examinations to assist in the diagnosis and treatment of vascular conditions. ● Perform Doppler studies to assess blood flow and detect abnormalities. ● Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate and timely diagnostic results. ● Maintain and operate ultrasound equipment, ensuring its proper functionality and calibration. ● Record and maintain patient records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. ● Provide patient education and support to ensure a positive and comfortable experience during procedures. ● Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols. Qualifications: ● Graduation from an accredited ultrasound technology program. ● ARDMS certification in Vascular Technology (RVT) is required. ● Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Vascular Ultrasound Technologist. ● Proficient in performing vascular ultrasound procedures, including arterial and venous studies. ● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. ● Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. ● Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
