Climax is not just a festival—it’s a chance to come together, support our youth, and have a blast while doing it! With amazing performances, art exhibits, networking opportunities, and more, this event is all about celebrating creativity and community. So we need your help! We aim to raise $10,000 to keep our youth programs running strong. Your donations to this event will directly fund free mentorship programs, skill-building workshops, cultural trips, and meals for young people in our community. Every dollar makes a difference in a young person’s life! You can donate now. In 2022, we created an event called “Climax: The Creative Experience”… An amazing event held at REC Philly that was used to generate funds for our youth programming through the Fall & Winter. Coming up this August 30th is the second event to the series As I Plant This Seed is always working to give our community something memorable to experience while also giving people things they can benefit from and take home with them. This August 30th, we are doing just that with Climax: The Festival Experience, continuing our series. There is FREE ADMISSION, 3:30 to 6pm for youth and 6pm to 11:30 for adults making this event all ages friendly. See you there 🤩

In October last year, I joined BOLT. These last 8 months have been nothing but learning and becoming the best versions of ourselves. The Philly Bolt School for Grassroots Leadership cohort is built around recognizing community leaders in Philadelphia and equipping them with tools to elevate their vision and capacity. Or in my case, Bolt is great at recognizing unused potential As the Creative Director for As I Plant This Seed this cohort gave me my sense of positionality and more responsibility for our organization and community. From the weekly sessions, coaching sessions, and just general support, they made sure every way possible they did what they could do we could win Jude Husein Hillary Do Jalen Belgrave 🏆
