Having spent several years in working to turn struggling properties into vibrant, successful communities, parent company Turnaround Solutions saw a greater need in the market than what the business model currently entailed. Arrow was formed from a demand from property owners for long-term care services for their communities. Arrow extends Turnaround Solutions’ mission of providing a change in not only reinvogoration of marketing strategy and increased occupancy rates, but also in the morale of employees and a greater focus on a loving, dignified approach to caregiving. Beyond the obvious signs of physical aging – faded carpet, worn-out furnishings, there was an evident need for a reignition of the passion amongst the staff for what they did. By revitalizing enthusiasm from within, Arrow Senior Living has been indespensible in building an environment where loving, dignified care is not the goal – it’s the standard.
