Aquatic Labs, an early stage hard-tech startup, is seeking highly motivated and exceptionally creative Engineers at all levels of experience to help us tackle some of the hardest and most important problems in the ocean, from MRV for ocean carbon sequestration to genomic monitoring of complex ecosystems and everything in between. We are growing rapidly and currently have 6 positions open across the following roles: Embedded Systems Engineer [ https://lnkd.in/eevJ9ATD ] Mechanical Engineer [ https://lnkd.in/e9rU-gNZ ] Electrical Engineer [ https://lnkd.in/etVeNZn6 ] Software Engineer [ https://lnkd.in/e2GWQMWR ] These positions span a wide range of engineering challenges: moonshot R&D (semiconductor and optical physics, electrochemistry, robotics, genomics), rapid prototyping, testing and iteration in harsh environments, product development, scaled manufacturing, etc. Some positions will involve occasional field deployments / expeditions to work directly with scientists and engineers in the field and at sea, especially during the maiden expeditions of any new technology or new products. The scope and responsibilities of these roles are expected to expand rapidly as the company grows. We have multiple open positions, so interested applicants at all levels are encouraged to apply.
