Move 2 is here, a significant extension of the #Move language as it was originally developed at Meta, and announced yesterday at #ExperienceAptos in Seoul. The first batch of features in #Move2 is documented at https://lnkd.in/gxbpjwi3. We aren't done yet, more language extensions are soon to come. Now that we have rebuild the Move compiler from scratch, based on the same architecture as the Move prover, we are ready to push the design forward in lockstep both on language and verification side. Exciting times.
