Our next #EmployeeSpotlight features HR superstar, Tracey Kicker! With 17 years of tenure, Tracey is a loyal member of the team. We had an amazing time attending the annual Arlington Fireman's Festival again this year! This event raises crucial funds for maintaining Fireman's Park, a park that the firemen generously share with youth sports leagues at no cost. We’re thrilled that AprilAire could support such a fantastic cause and be a part of this wonderful community event!

Our Poynette location hosted two wonderful interns this summer, Colby Savich and Morgan Schellin. Thank you for all of your hard work. You will be missed! The AprilAire Marketing Communications team took bonding to the next level with a day of kayaking! It's great for employees to spend some time outside the office, enjoying nature and building stronger connections.

Thanks to everyone who contributed to our 'Fill the Van' initiative for Society of St. Vincent de Paul — Madison! As general costs have risen over recent years, visits to area food pantries have doubled. Together, we were able to donate needed items and provide for those in need in our community.

Our team came together for a successful third annual back-to-school donation drive! Thanks to everyone's generosity, we provided essential supplies to local elementary and high school students in need, helping them start the school year strong.
